Never fear, moms, dads, and siblings; your beloved 6th graders (whom I'm sure you have been pining for every day) return tomorrow!
Buttercup is going to be emailing me photos to post of yesterday and today's activities. Hopefully I will have them up by tonight!
Yesterday was amazingrace day, and the Purple, Blue, and Light Blue tribes tied for first place. We're going to have to ask them if going to Mass in the middle of the day helped unify their tribes.
This morning the students competed in the Plagues Relay, which is a crazy (yet awesome) reenactment of the plagues on Egypt. Each leg of the relay is representative of a plague in some way. Words don't really do it justice... someday I am going to post video. YouTube, anyone? The White, Yellow, and Green tribes were victorious over the plagues. What that mostly means is that you should look for members of those tribes in the 90th Annual Academy Awards in 2018.
Sorry this is short (I know... it's weird for Cupcake to be short!), but I will add more when I have pictures to post!
You are loved!
